Whether you are happy or sad with your order we want to hear from you. If you are not completely satisfied with our product when you receive it, please return it to us in original condition* within 14 days of receipt.
Insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the most appropriate delivery service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will either refund the purchase price upon receipt or if preferred we will exchange the item for one that meets your satisfaction. If you exchange the item for a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. We will also refund delivery charges if you received a faulty or incorrect item.
Please e-mail email@example.com quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. The item should always be returned in the original packaging together with any original documentation.
* Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible. When you first try on items of clothing for size, please don’t wear perfume or aftershave or a deodorant which may cause a scent or marks on the item. We may not accept the return of any item where there are marks or smells.
We accept all major credit cards including American Express. The transaction is secured and encrypted using the industry standard SSL. We do not store your credit card details on our servers (unless you ask us to) just the transaction ID with our billing provider.
Pending Charges: Our credit card processing system will temporarily hold the funds when you place an order. As a result you may see a pending charge on your statement. This pending charge will only be settled once the goods are shipped. If for any reason we are not able to ship your order then the pending charge will be removed and your card will not be charged.
Security code: This is the last three digits of the number on the back of the card usually found on the signature strip. It is often referred to as the "CVV2" code.
Issue Number/Code: We no longer support Switch or Maestro cards for use as debit cards. Some Maestro debit cards can be used as a Mastercard (credit card mode) for foreign transactions.
Special Notes: Some UK customers have reported debit authorisation issues for transactions in dollars. If this occurs the only solution is to use a credit card rather than a debit card. We apologise for any inconvenience.
