Blondie T-Shirt. Chris Stein is best known as song writer and guitarist for Blondie - a band he formed with Debbie Harry in 1974. Blondie were a major influence on the New Wave and Punk movements in New York but despite their success overseas they remained underground in the USA until Parallel Lines was released in 1978.
Now celebrating their 40th year, Blondie are still touring and still rocking. The Goat Tee shirt was designed by Chris Stein when he was at art school. When Chris sent us the original artwork he told us the design was inspired by a photo he had taken of an Ibix at a local zoo. He added the pentagram and then screen printed the tee himself in the college print room.
Worn Free Tees are custom made from super soft washed cotton and poly cotton blends, giving them a great vintage feel, so comfy this tee will be an instant favorite in your T-Shirt rotation. (Black & White tees are 100% cotton the Heather tee is a Polyester / Cotton blend).
Worn Free reproduces classic vintage style 'fully licensed' tee-shirts, in this case as worn by Chris Stein of Blondie. Each tee comes with a special backstage pass style hang tag showing a picture of Chris Stein wearing this Goat tee design.
