Kurt Donald Cobain (February 20, 1967 – April 5, 1994) was legendary American musician best known as the lead singer, guitarist, and primary songwriter of Nirvana.

Inner City Missions is an extraordinary Philadelphia-based nonprofit that prides itself on reaching out to the "unreachable" (including the homeless, prostitutes, addicts and kids). Kurt Cobain wore their T-shirt in a 1990 photo in support of the mission.

Here Kurt Cobain is shown wearing the  Inner City Missions T Shirt.
