Returns

Please note: Some shirts are printed on the inside. This is done intentionally to achieve a faded, vintage-style look; as a result, each shirt is slightly different in appearance. 

If you are not completely satisfied with our product when you receive it, please return it to us in original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will either refund the purchase price upon receipt or if preferred we will exchange the item for one that meets your satisfaction. If you exchange the item for a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. We will also refund delivery charges if you received a faulty or incorrect item. 

Please e-mail customerservice@wornfree.com quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. The item should always be returned in the original packaging together with any original documentation. 

When you first try on items of clothing for size, please don’t wear perfume or aftershave or a deodorant which may cause a scent or marks on the item. We may not accept the return of any item where there are marks or smells.
