The Story

Keith Moon was an early wearer of T-shirts sporting cool graphics - he modeled groovy designs such as this one in the mid-'60s, when most of his contemporaries wouldn't be seen in public without a natty suit. This "Jesus Saves" design shows the powerful hold that comic-book graphics had already begun to exert in pop culture by then (though it probably confused mainstays of the Church of England).
