Payment
We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express which we will be adding soon. The transaction is secured and encrypted using the industry standard SSL and certificated by Equifax Secure Certificate Authority. We do not store your credit card details on our servers just the transaction ID with our billing provider.
Security code: This is the last three digits of the number on the back of the card usually found on the signature strip. It is often referred to by the brilliantly useful abbreviation of "CVV2" code.
Issue Number/Code: This is usually a 2 digit number on the face of the card but sometimes there is no number or only one digit. Type in whatever your card has, if it has none leave it blank. Thankfully Switch is being phased out and Switch card owners will soon receive Maestro cards which have normal CVV2 security codes.
Special Notes: Some UK customers have reported credit authorisation issues for transactions in dollars. If this occurs the only solution is to perform the transaction in sterling. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Taxes (Customs and Duties)
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local Customs office if you have questions about your country's import regulations.
Availability
Although we try to ensure the content of the website is current it is possible at times for items to be out of stock. If anything you select is not available, we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited the amount for available items.
Colors
The color of T Shirts shown on the web site may not exactly match the color of the T Shirt you receive as we have no control over user monitor settings (color settings, resolution, etc.). Other variations can occur as we produce the T Shirts to have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish which can have some variety in the production process.
Emails
Rest assured we will never pass on your details to a 3rd party without your permission. For some customers emails from Wornfree customer service, order processing or newsletters end up in their spam folder.
To stop this happening and to ensure interrupted communications you can try the following depending on your mail client or web mail facility:
Once you spot mail from us in your spam:
- mark as “not spam”
- add the sending address to your contacts
- add the sending domain to your safe senders list
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our product when you receive it, please return it to us in original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will either refund the purchase price upon receipt or if preferred we will exchange the item for one that meets your satisfaction. If you exchange the item for a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
We will also refund delivery charges if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
Please e-mail customerservice@wornfree.com quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
* Note: when you first try on items of clothing for size, please don’t wear perfume or aftershave or a deodorant which may cause a scent or marks on the item. We may not accept the return of any item where there are marks or smells. The item should be returned in the original packaging together with any original documentation.
Missing Items
If there is an item is missing from your order, please email customerservice@wornfree.com quoting the relevant order number and detailing the missing item(s). We will then look into the matter and contact you.

If you ordered T-Shirts and you liked them let others know what you think of them. Let them know you can wear that tshirt and it will never go out of style as it's now become a classic.
We put a lot of effort into getting the history of the t-shirts and licensing them properly so it's always nice when someone reads the stories and appreciates them!
